Tiziano is an industrial reality based in Calimera: open space bar, artisan pastry workshop and event hall find allocation in a single operating office, in the main steet of the town, Via Roma.
It is born in 1978 by Saveria, Tiziano's mother, as a bar and family run pizzeria. The company produces a great Pasticciotto made to be served as a dessert.
In 1995 the generational change takes place from mother to child and Tiziano innovates and introduces lots of important services. The bar becomes a valuable reference point for the inhabitants of Calimera and neighboring countries.
In 2015, a radical restructuring process is started which resulted in the transfer to a new place, in modernization and diversification of the activities carried out, with the introduction of a new laboratory ofartisian pastry and rotisserie production and of a new event hall. Therefore, from 1 May 2016, Tiziano is also a pastry shop and it is based in a large, specifically designed room. Tripadvisor reviews define it as "The most innovative Salento restaurant".
